Community Mailer Program Overview:
The mailers are on a heavy paperweight and are oversized at approximately 5.5”x11”. They cost $0.41 piece for 20,000 pieces. This price includes everything from designing your mailer to printing, to postage and handling. We do require that you commit to mail 20,000 pieces over 4 months of mailing, which means a minimum of 5,000 pieces a month; though we encourage mailing a minimum of 6,500 – 7,500 pieces a month for better results.
There is a design fee of $350 if you wish to design your own mailer. We strongly discourage customizing the mailers as we cannot ensure the effectiveness if changes are made.
The mailers take 30 days from the day you approve the final proof to the day they hit mailboxes. Our printer takes two weeks to print and prep them for mail and the Post Office can take up to 14 additional days to deliver them.
To get started, please select the mailer you would like to use (mailers are listed in the links on the right) and complete the order form. Our strongest mailers are the "Dread" and "Kiss" mailers, because they are fear-based. Results may vary, but most doctors see 15-20 new patients for every 5,000 pieces mailed.

Once we receive the completed order form, we will contact you to discuss your mailing list. We will pull your mail list based on a radius around your office or select zip codes you provide. We mail to carrier routes with a median household income of a minimum of $50,000, but can adjust this appropriately depending on your area.
